Throughout my career as a Business Development Director, I have built and led international services teams while simultaneously managing complex financial operations including contracts, invoicing, incentive programs, and budget tracking.

I manage departmental budgets, track receivables from ministries and agencies, coordinate with finance teams on invoicing, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Incentive Program Design & Oversight:

I design and manage incentive structures for referring agencies and intermediaries — balancing commercial attractiveness with institutional sustainability.

Administrative Coordination:

I coordinate cross-departmental workflows between clinical, administrative, finance, and marketing teams — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all international services functions.
