I coordinate international patient journeys end-to-end, serving as the central point of contact between the patient, the clinical team, the administrative department, and the referring institution.

Pre-Arrival Coordination:

I manage all pre-arrival processes including appointment scheduling, medical record review, accommodation arrangements, visa support guidance, and patient communication in English.

In-Hospital Patient Relations:

I serve as the primary liaison for international patients during their hospital stay — translating medical information, coordinating with clinical teams, and resolving any logistical issues in real time.

MSO (Medical Second Opinion) Process Management:

I manage the full Medical Second Opinion workflow — collecting patient files, coordinating with specialist physicians, preparing formal opinion reports, and communicating results to referring parties.

Referral Agency & Intermediary Coordination:

I maintain active relationships with referring agencies, insurance companies, and individual facilitators — ensuring smooth communication and accurate patient information flow.

Post-Discharge Follow-Up:

Patient care doesn't end at discharge. I coordinate follow-up appointments, medical report delivery, and ongoing communication with referring institutions.
